How much cashback do I get?

We give 50% of the total affiliate commision back to you, but the cashback varies from store to store. All cashback amounts are listed on the stores page. The listed amount is an esimate of what you will get.

For example, if a store has cashback listed at 5%. This means the total commission paid out is actually 10%, of which 5% goes to you and 5% goes to us. So, it is a win/win situation for both of us.

Let me get this straight, for writing articles I can get more cashback?

Yes, you get 100% of the affiliate cashback commission for writing articles. So, all the amounts you see on the stores page are doubled! There are a few details to know about this though.

The articles you write need to be approved. Our moderators will decide if your articles meet the approval requirements.

After an article gets approved, you’ll receive a full cashback credit which will show up in your account. The next purchase you make automatically uses the full cashback credit. Each article that you write counts as one full cashback credit. So, the more articles you write the more items you will get 100% cashback on. You can write as many articles as you want and horde up as many full cashback credits as you want.

What are the article approval requirements?

The article has to be something that other Tongueroo users would be interested in and has to be your original content. This is a hot deals site focused on electronics, so you can write a review on hardware, or give shopping tips, or even write about computer mods you did on your computer. These are just examples. One important thing to note, you cannot copy someone else’s writing and repost it as an article submission. If you do, the article will be rejected; even if it got originally approved.

How long do I have to wait for my cashback rebate?

We only get paid when you get paid. The cashback wait period varies from store to store and can be as long as 121 days. This is because each store has their own time period for returns, and the store will not credit the cashback until that return policy time period has expired. Usually, the wait is 91 to 121 days. We acknowledge that is a long wait, but remember we only get paid when you also get paid, so we are waiting for the cashback just the same as you.

What is the minimum cashback amount before I can cash out?

You need at least $25.00 of cashback in your account before you are able to make a payment request. We process payment requests weekly.
